Does MatchPro work on mobile devices?: Yes, our platform is 100% responsive and works perfectly on any mobile device. You can access it from your phone, tablet or computer with the same experience.
How do I challenge another player?: Go to your ladder ranking, select a player within your allowed range and click "Challenge". Then coordinate date and time directly with your opponent.
Can I use MatchPro for different sports?: Absolutely! We support Tennis, Paddle, Squash and Pickleball, each with their own independent rules and configurations.
What happens if my opponent doesn't confirm the result?: The system sends automatic reminders. If the problem persists, contact the club administrator who can intervene and resolve the situation.
Is the payment system secure?: Totally secure. We use Transbank (certified partner) with SSL encryption for all payments. We never store credit card data.
How long does it take to implement MatchPro?: Typical implementation takes 1-2 weeks, from initial setup to full launch. Includes data migration and training.
Can I create multiple ladders in my club?: Yes, you can create separate ladders by categories, levels, ages or any criteria you use in your club. Each one works independently.
How are rankings calculated?: The system automatically calculates rankings based on match results. You can configure the rules according to your club's needs.
Can players see their match history?: Yes, each player can see their complete match history, personal statistics and ranking progress over time.
What happens if there's a dispute about the result?: Club administrators can review and modify results when necessary. The system keeps a record of all changes.
Do I need to install any software?: No, MatchPro works completely in your web browser. There's nothing to install or download.
